Hold onto your seats, Apple lovers, because the tech giant is reportedly unleashing a barrage of new gadgets that will make you want to throw your wallet at the nearest Apple Store. According to the latest scoop from the tech guru Mark Gurman, Apple is gearing up to launch second-generation Apple Silicon powered iMacs, a brand-new MacBook Air, and even a new Mac Pro in 2023.
The new iMacs are so close to the finish line that they’re already undergoing production testing. They’re being called the 433 and J434 models and are based on next-gen Apple Silicon, which means they’ll be more powerful than your current iMac, which will look as outdated as your high school yearbook photo.
But that’s not all, folks. The new 15-inch MacBook Air (code name: J515) is said to be on the horizon, and it’s packing some serious heat with the M3 processor, which is the first Apple Silicon to be based on TSMC’s 3nm manufacturing process. If that doesn’t get your heart racing, then the first Apple Silicon-based Mac Pro (J180) might do the trick with its 24-core CPU and 76-core GPU, paired with up to 192 of unified memory.
But wait, there’s more! Rumor has it that Apple may announce the M3-powered MacBook Air models at its upcoming developer’s conference, which would be the perfect time for developers to start drooling over the new models. Apple may also announce the first set of iPads with OLED screens and M3 processors by the end of 2023, because why not?
So, hold onto your hats, Apple aficionados, because 2023 is shaping up to be a wild ride. With all these new gadgets on the horizon, you might have to start a side hustle just to keep up with the latest and greatest from the tech giant.
