Google is all set to launch its much-awaited Pixel 7a smartphone, and the brand has already teased its release date. As per the announcement, the phone will be available via Flipkart from May 11th. The company is also expected to announce its first foldable smartphone at I/O 2023 on May 10th, along with the Pixel 7a and a few other things.
Rumors suggest that the Pixel 7a will feature a powerful Tensor G2 processor, just like the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The phone is also likely to have a 64 MP primary camera, a significant upgrade from the 12 MP camera on the Pixel 6a, along with a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and an improved 10.8 MP selfie camera.
The Pixel 7a will reportedly come in a single storage variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is expected to run on Android 13 at launch and receive the latest software updates. The device will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging.
As for the price, the Pixel 7a could cost around Rs 40,000 at the time of launch in India, considering the launch price of the Pixel 6a.
